Are you ready for another fabulous year at the Best Farmers Market in Montana?!
This year we are holding our spring vendor meeting on April 18th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the basement at Life Covenant Church located at 800 N. Hoback, Helena, Montana. Please join us to see what’s in store this year.
As was stated in the previous letter, reserved vendors must pay at least $30.00 per reserved space by April 1st. If at least $30.00 per reserved space is not received on or before April 1st, your space will be deemed open to be reassigned. The reserved space fee is $250.00 for each 10’ X 10’ space. If you had reserved spaces last year, you will keep those same spaces unless you negotiate other space(s) with the Market Manager. All reserved spaces must be paid in full by June 1st. You may also mail your payments to, Helena’s Farmers’ Market, PO Box 938, Helena, MT 59624.
If you had a reserved space(s) last season and do not wish to reserve a space for the 2026 season, please contact Kristen ASAP at (406) 437-1855 to let us know. We have a wait list that is full of vendors wanting to reserve.
We intend to hold a Tuesday market in Main Street Park in East Helena from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in early July thru early September. These dates have not yet been set, so watch our website for details. There is no charge to any vendor wishing to attend this market. Please check in with Dot Vieth upon arrival. As was done last year, we will sponsor four non-profit days in Women’s Park during the Saturday market. This is free and open to all Montana non-profits on 06/20, 07/18, 08/15, and 09/19 (the third Saturday of each month).
In addition to the non-profit days, we also have 4 spaces available each week specifically for charitable organizations. These spaces are located on the concrete patio areas behind the sidewalk at the North end of the Market. Only 501(c)(3), charitable non-profit organizations are eligible to purchase these spaces at the same Day Vendor rate of $25.00 per 10 feet of space. Please get the word out to any organizations who qualify. Please have any interested persons contact the Market Manager for additional information.
We look forward to seeing you on April 18th at the vendor meeting in the basement of Life Covenant Church as well as Saturdays at the Market starting April 25th and running thru October 31st.
