2017 Spring Vendor Meeting
We hope everyone had an enjoyable off season. The 2017 Helena’s Farmers’ Market season is just around the corner, and we are looking forward to another successful season.
This year we are holding our spring vendor meeting on April 22nd from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the basement at Life Covenant Church located at 800 N. Hoback, Helena, Montana. Please join us to see what’s in store this year.
Reserved vendors must pay at least 10% of their space fee by April 22nd. If at least 10% is not received on or before the day of the vendor meeting, your space will be deemed open to be reassigned. The 2017 vendor data sheet must be filled out and delivered with your down payment. The reserved space fee remains $250.00 for one ten foot space plus $175.00 for each additional ten foot space. If you had reserved spaces last year, you will keep those same spaces unless you notify the Market Manager otherwise. All reserved spaces must be paid in full by June 1st. You may also mail your space rental payments to: Helena’s Farmers’ Market, PO Box 938, Helena, MT 59624.

The Board has decided to hold a Tuesday market in the East Helena City Hall parking lot from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm from July 18th thru September 12th. There is no charge to any vendor wishing to attend this market. Please check in with Dot Vieth upon arrival.
As was done last year, the Board has decided to sponsor four non-profit days in Women’s Park during the Saturday market. The event will be free to all Montana non-profits on 06/17, 07/15, 08/19, and 09/16.
