The Helena Farmers’ Market is the longest running farmers market in the state of Montana, starting the last Saturday in April and ending the Saturday before Christmas.

The Helena farmers’ market is located on Fuller Avenue between Neil Avenue and Lawrence Street from April to November, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Then the market moves to the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds from November through December, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Helena Farmers’ Market Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed in 1974 to provide for an ongoing seasonal farmers’ market.

Only Montana agricultural products and hand crafted items produced or manufactured by the vendors may be sold at the Helena Farmers’ Market.

ATTENTION VENDORS SELLING PROCESSED FOOD ITEMS (baked goods, jams, jellies, etc.)
The County Health Department has new requirements before you can sell such items at the market. Please review the memo from the County Health Department, and complete the license application form. The license must be in-hand before you can sell at the market.
